Turning Point seeks to recognize new and established poets, and celebrate the art of story in poetry. We sponsor two poetry contests--Tales: A Poetry Series (spring), and the Turning Point Poetry Prize (fall).
Poets should submit a full-length manuscript (minimum 48 pages) with SASE for notification of winner. The reading fee is $20.00, payable to Turning Point. The winner receives a cash award of $1,000, and 25 copies of his/her book. The address to send submissions is Turning Point, P.O. Box 541106, Cincinnati, OH 45254-1106. The annual deadline is April 15.
